EXCHANGE AND RETURN GUIDELINES

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by sending an email to: costanzogioielli@gmail.com.
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to return any item to Valentina Costanzo Gioielli & Gemme within 14 calendar days from the moment of package delivery.
For a return request to be accepted, the products must strictly meet the following requirements:
The jewelry must be intact, free of defects, imperfections, or any signs of use.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete with the pouch, inside carefully sealed packaging.

CUSTOMIZED CREATIONS
Jewelry customized through consultation with Valentina is created specifically to order and configured as unique, bespoke pieces. Consequently, returns or refunds are not accepted for this product category, except in cases where the item has manufacturing defects or inaccuracies on our part.
Should you encounter any anomalies or errors in the customization, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by writing to costanzogioielli@gmail.com and attaching a detailed photograph of the defect.

REFUND PROCEDURE
Once the package is received, we will verify the condition of the jewelry. The refund will be processed the day after the inspection (indicatively within 4-5 business days from receipt). The credit will be equal to the value of the purchased product, net of shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. The transit must take place within the same country where the original order was delivered. It is mandatory to entrust the shipment to a courier that provides a trackable shipping service, and to notify us of the relevant tracking code via email. Valentina Costanzo Gioielli & Gemme will not be responsible for shipments that are lost or do not arrive at our location, and we will not perform manual pickups at post offices or collection points; in such circumstances, it will not be possible to process a refund.
We reserve the right to reject returns that have not been previously agreed upon or that violate even one of the conditions mentioned above.
