SHIPPING INFORMATION – VALENTINA COSTANZO GIOIELLI E GEMME

Valentina Costanzo Gioielli e Gemme shipments are handled by GLS Italy and are completely free throughout Italy, except for certain special or remote areas.

Each piece of jewellery is packaged and protected with the utmost care directly at our premises in Sicily. For this reason, shipping requires an additional logistical step, which helps guarantee that your purchase arrives in perfect condition while preserving its uniqueness.

SHIPPING TIMES

Order PROCESSING time: approximately 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS. However, during particularly busy periods, such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas and other special events, order processing may take up to 7 business days.

DELIVERY time after dispatch: 48–96 business hours. Since orders are shipped from Sicily, transit to the rest of Italy may take one or two additional days compared with standard delivery times. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

If you place your order during the weekend, from Friday to Sunday, it will be received and processed starting from the following Monday.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier’s schedule and availability throughout Italy. These circumstances are not directly controlled by Valentina Costanzo Gioielli e Gemme.

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey in real time.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised and custom-made items require 3–7 business days for their handcrafted production. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

They will be shipped as soon as they are completed. You will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant tracking number as soon as your piece of jewellery is ready to be dispatched.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Payment is taken when the order is placed to reserve the item, while shipping will take place as soon as the product is physically ready.
