Shipping Information – Valentina Costanzo Gioielli e Gemme
Shipments by Valentina Costanzo Gioielli & Gemme are entrusted to the professionalism of GLS Italy and have a cost of €4.90 throughout Italy, with the exception of certain special areas or remote locations that the customer must communicate. Free shipping will be provided for orders of €99 or more. Each of our pieces of jewelry is packaged and protected with the utmost care directly from our headquarters in Sicily. For this reason, shipping requires one extra logistical step, which nevertheless ensures the absolute integrity and uniqueness of your purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES
Order PROCESSING time: approximately 1-3 WORKING days. However, during peak periods (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, and other special events), fulfillment times may take up to a maximum of 7 working days.
DELIVERY times (after fulfillment): 48 / 96 working hours. As we ship from Sicily, transit times to the rest of Italy may take 1 or 2 days longer than the logistical standard (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered working days). If you place your order over the weekend (from Friday to Sunday), it will be processed starting the following Monday.

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number to follow your package's journey in real time.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Customized and made-to-measure items require a handcrafted production time of 3 to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). They will be shipped as soon as they are completed. You will receive a confirmation email with the relevant tracking number as soon as the piece of jewelry is ready to be sent.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Payment is made at the time of the order to reserve the piece, while shipping will take place as soon as the product is physically ready. You will receive a specific shipping confirmation email.
